D.Bespokeという素敵なBarがシンガポールにオープンしました。
金高大輝さんの作る美味しいお酒と、日本の職人技の光る品々との融合で唯一無二の空間に感動しました。
またグランドオープニングウィークとして東京のレストラン81の永島シェフとのフードペアリングも最高でした。
これからも国内外問わず精一杯頑張ります＾３＾

A lovely bar called “D.Bespoke” is newly opened in Singapore.
I was very impressed by the the very original space created in the harmony with the wonderful drinks served by Mr. Taiki Kanedai and the products with elaborate Japanese craftsmanship.
The combination with the food by Mr. Nagashima, the chef from the restaurant “81” in Tokyo served specially for the grand opening week was also excellent.
I will always do my best both inside and outside Japan!
